Well...Well....the time has come! I am so ready to take this challenge head on and crush it! The last three weeks I have been mentally preparing for the changes I am going to need to make so this assessment can be 100% successful! I will post again tonight listing my goals and what I am looking to accomplish. Best wishes to everyone involved with this journey and stay tuned it's going to be great!
Tonight we had our first year long assessment team meeting. It looks like we are all ready to begin this journey together. This is definitely very exciting.
